I'm sorry you feel you were treated unfairly. However I feel you should be honest in you review. I will make my points as follows 1. We responded to a commercial trailer call which requires we send out our commercial technician and truck/van. Commercial rates are more costly then residential because of the heavy equipment and the technicians pay rate.
2. When we started the job you were told we have a minimum to do any job which consisted of $124 service call plus 2 hour minimum labor of $195 x 2 $390 so your total would have been $514. Considering the scope of the work and the difficulty I decided to only charge 124 plus 195 totaling $319 to which you asked our tech to ask manager for a $19 discount. We agreed and did the work.
3. Job was done and payment was due. You wanted to make payment with a credit card and was told there will be 3.5 percent merchant fee applied. You again asked manager to waive it. We did.
4. We assumed a discounted rate before quoting any work to be done, you still asked ****** more discount and then asked for another. We gave all we had to give and this unfortunately was our reward.
5. If you took your trailer to a shop for the same work you would have to leave your trailer there for an untold amount of days and would have likely paid twice as much and had absolutely no room for negotiation like you did with us.
6. Next time perhaps consider everything before slandering a completly innocent company
